When Dana’s younger brother David decided to come Europe for his summer vacation, we thought that taking him somewhere with a mix of natural beauty and adventure would make for the perfect trip. So after much research, Lou decided on going to southern Germany and explore Berchtesgaden and Königssee (about a 2 hour train ride from Munich). We can’t recommend this place enough! It was beautiful, quaint, and was filled to the brim with places to explore. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer! But we will definitely be revisiting once we get our van next year 🙂 Thank you Dave for coming to visit us! You were the catalyst we needed to get all our camping gear in order and now we are set for so many more adventures.
