A few weeks ago our blender broke : ( And for us it was pretty unfortunate as it is our most used kitchen appliance. Think smoothies, cashew sour cream, avocado cilantro sauce, etc. So it was pretty tragic especially in the summer months when making smoothies bowls is a staple of our morning. Well! Luckily for us we had an immersion blender hiding in the back of our cabinets (thanks to Lou’s dad!!!) So we decided to try to make banana ice cream with it and it worked better than our blender did. So yes, definitely worth trying! Or worth investing in an immersion blender as they are way cheaper than something like a Vitamix or a Blendtec and do the job perfectly. Hope you enjoyed the video!
