Inverdoorn Game Reserve Safari Experience with Lunch
On the horizon lurks a mighty beast, and your journey ventures ever nearer! On this full day tour, you will seek out amazing African wildlife at Inverdoorn Nature Reserve, a mere 2 hours from Cape Town.
Comprising 10,000 hectares in the arid Karoo, the game reserve contains over 1,200 wild animals representing 28 different species, as well as hundreds of species of birdlife. For the first time in over a century, the return of the noble beasts has been possible thanks to the conservation work of the private reserve. Your trip through the oasis in Karoo will be one you will never forget.
You will tour in specifically designed Land Rover 4WD game viewing vehicles, with rangers on hand to help you find the animals and provide accurate, up-to-date information about the flora and fauna.
Look out for lion, cheetah, rhino, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, kudu, bontebok, springbok, and other antelope, large and small, along with soaring eagles and numerous other species of birds, such as ibis, flamingo, and kingfisher.
The full-day safari includes a welcome drink and a break for lunch, as well as the chance to walk with giraffes if there is sufficient time.
