VLOG 15: Picnics and Pancakes (with vegan recipes!)
This weeks vlog is a little all over the place. We were exhausted and blissful after completing our first eBook (free at https://www.wildweroam.com/livingonless) and decided we would enjoy a picnic at our favorite park in Berlin – Tempelhof. But as you’ll see in the video, it doesn’t end up going the way we imagined. Our vlogs are supposed to be about stories, sharing something worthwhile, or at the very least entertaining. RECIPES sandwich #1: sesame roll cucumber slices tofu: marinated 30 minutes in soysauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame seeds – baked in the oven at 200 c for 40 minutes flipping half way through red onions: marinated overnight in apple cider vinegar peanut sauce: peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon, water to thin sandwich #2 oil-free hummus: lemon juice, tahini, apple cider vinegar, chickpeas blended until smooth lettuce tomato baked sweet potato rounds Pancakes 2 cups oats 1 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 vanilla bean 2 ripe bananas 2 cups plant milk topped with mixed berries, maple syrup and powdered sugar!
